Organic Red Velvet Cupcake
Yay, first order served at my new location! I hope you are not starving, Annie. I added some blinking hearts to compensate for the wait! Red Velvet is one of my favorites too, although I always thought it was bizarre to color a cupcake red since I doubt it adds any value to the taste. You didn't mention you need it to be sweet. I had no Splenda on hand so I used cornstarch for the icing instead. It is organic too!
