Mee Goreng

Mee Goreng, meaning fried noodles, is a dish commonly found in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. It is made with yellow noodles fried with ingredients such as chillies, eggs, prawn, chicken and sometimes squid. It is garnished with cucumber and tomato slices, sometimes with a dash of lime. The noodles may come in either a yellow or red version. The noodles appear bright red due to the tomato sauce used.

I have no idea what kind of pizza you want, but here is some thin crust italian pizza topped with prosciutto ham, wild rocket and parmesan shavings on a tomato base (aka my favorite kind). Poor Mr. Wild Rocket, he thinks he is going to be crushed by my gravity defying pizza slice!

Curry Puff

Curry puff is a snack commonly found in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. It is a small pie filled with chicken and potato curry, sometimes with sardines or even yam and so on. They are typically fried (sometimes baked), so i wouldn't recommend them for weight loss regimes. Apparently the ban for smoking in most public spaces has not prevented these fried puffs from puffing away.

This really sucks but it took me an hour to bake those planetary potatoes, but that mean black hole swallowed it up. I am sad to say that there is no way we can ever retrieve those potatoes ever again.

Sushi Spaghetti with Meatballs

Sorry Skawdebeast, I am unable to mold my al dente spaghetti into sushi rolls, so I had to kidnap The Flying Spaghetti Monster for your lunch. I reckon it tastes more or less similar to “sushi spaghetti with meatballs”. Just remember to pluck out the eyeballs first because they tend to be too chewy and sticks onto the roof of your mouth.
